Join members of the Indiana University Radio-TV Services engineering team on a tour of the broadcast and event production spaces at the Mark Cuban Center for Sports Media and Technology, located within Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall on the IU-Bloomington campus. The tour will cover how IU Radio-TV supports event productions such as large-scale sporting event video board shows (including a look inside Assembly Hall, one of NCAA Basketball’s most broadcast-from arenas), streaming of university events, as well as student-led streaming broadcasts of Big Ten Network (BTN) sporting events, with special attention on audio systems, intercoms, and our use of AoIP workflows.
